Setting Up ID Cards for Schools

This tutorial is for if you chose to let a school create ID Cards to either print themselves, or order from you.

In order for a school to be able to create IDs, a Licensee must first fill out the ID Template Form (including the necessary uploads) so that AcadeMap can create and load the school’s ID template(s) in the backend of the system. One ID Template Form must be submitted for every ID needed.

AcadeMap uses the following font choices in the creation of styles used for ID templates:

School’s ID Card Section

Once a school’s ID Card templates have been created and uploaded to the system, they can now be viewed from the ID Card section in the school’s AcadeMap Suite.
